Packing T-shirts

My Dell laptop, which survived my failure to follow SOPs for handling laptops on the line and a subsequent fall onto the steel plate jetway floor, is out of maintenance with the minor write-up (cracked case) cleared and signed off. I will now write on the chalkboard 100 times:

I will never ever fail to secure my Dell laptop in it's computer bag again.

A four day trip is looming... I must get back to packing t-shirts.

Glad the laptop is back. Looking forward to new posts from the line. Hope the gray hair factor remains low!

Hooray, good news, your Dell is back on board! Now waiting for our boarding call to once again soar away with you...

Wishing you smooth flights and safe landings!

I have just been given a T-shirt inscribed on the back! However is says there "Bet your glad to see the back of me!" Oops ;-)

I will wear it though, and get the wife to walk 10 steps behind me, to later report peoples' reactions ;-)

Just in case readers miss the joke : the T-shirt giver screwed up the spelling by writing "your" instead of "you're" : Educational standards nowadays? Pshaw!

Hmmm, perhaps you need the ruggedized version, eh? :-) Info here: http://www.infohq.com/Computer/ruggedized-notebooks.htm

Yeah, I hate it when my notebook acts up while I'm away from home. Happened in Palm Springs this past weekend. Fortunately, it was functional enough to let me figure out that an unplanned overnight stay in Lancaster was a much better option than surfing the mountain waves in a PA28R.
